Returns

All of our packages are packaged with a great amount of care and packaging to ensure the package arrives safely without any damage.

Once an item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods delivered by the postal service/courier. We will not be responsible for the delivery failure by the postal service/courier due to weather or natural disasters.

Group Buy Item Refunds

To be eligible for a return of a group buy item, the refund request must be made within the group buy time frame. After the group buy no refunds are allowed. If you are within the requirements to request a refund, please email contact us in the contact us section below.

In-Stock Item Return/Refunds

All in-stock items are final sale. Refunds, returns or exchanges for in-stock items cannot be made except for a select reason below. 

  • Cancellations approved by staff
  • Defective Products
  • Mistakes in order processing by ApexKeyboards

If a refund, return, or exchange has been approved, the customer must:

  • Contact us upon delivery no later than 2 days for in-stock items and 14 days for group-buy items
  • Request and pay for a return shipping label or arrange for shipping themselves
  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed 
  • Item must be returned unused and in original packaging 
  • Please return the item unused and in its original condition.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you receive a refund. 

Refund Fees

All refunds and cancellations are subject to a 4% refund fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to return to your account.

Sale items (If applicable) cannot be refunded. Regular-priced items may be refunded.
